CARE PROGRAM Hunter Medical Services, Inc., Home Care Program consist of Registered Nurses (RN) Case Managers, who along with the patient, the physician, and family , develop and follow a personalized plan of care fro each patient. All care is provided under written physician order. All nursing personnel are licensed or certified to practice in Texas. Professionals skilled in providing care in the home and teaching patient and family members about their care. HMS staff receives ongoing supervision and continued education. Prior to employment, all employees undergo; (1) Criminal Background Check (2) Driving Record Check. Drug Checks/Screenings are randomly conducted as needed.
